Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential candidates using various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

You will collaborate with our hiring managers to understand the requirements of each position and develop effective strategies for sourcing top talent. Your duties will include sending targeted recruiting emails, following up with candidates, and asking for referrals from internal and external networks.

In addition, you will maintain accurate records of candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases, and identify future hiring needs by proactively researching and connecting with potential hires.

Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to effectively manage multiple open positions simultaneously and measure, track, and report on key recruiting metrics.

  • Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in business email writing
  • Good time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions
