Job Title

As a Marketplace and E-commerce Listings Specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing and expanding product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills, ability to tailor descriptions for different platforms, and experience with e-commerce listings or online marketplace management.

Your key responsibilities will include creating, managing, and optimizing product listings, adapting product descriptions to meet marketplace restrictions, maintaining accurate inventory, researching automation tools, and brainstorming strategies to target niche buyers.

  • Develop and manage product listings across various platforms.
  • Modify product descriptions to comply with marketplace rules.
  • Maintain precise, up-to-date inventory across all sales channels.
  • Research and recommend cross-posting automation tools.
  • Brainstorm and execute strategies to target specific buyer segments.
  • Prepare and format auction submissions for targeted online marketplaces.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce listings or online marketplace management.
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to tailor descriptions for different platforms.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, 1stDibs, Facebook Marketplace, and AptDeco.
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices.
  • Basic image editing skills (Photoshop or Canva preferred).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Experience creating auction listings.
