Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through prompt and effective technical support.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues with customers via various channels, including email and phone;
  • Implementing and supporting Five9 call center software solutions in diverse configurations and customer environments;
  • Providing direct support to customers and handling escalated software-related inquiries from business partners and vendors;
  • Identifying underlying causes of problems, diagnosing issues accurately, and finding timely solutions;
  • Partnering with customers to optimize the Five9 call center software solution and increase customer satisfaction;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a software support position;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Knowledge of PBX, ACD, CTI, VoIP, and IVR applications;
  • Knowledge of networking theories and protocols such as TCP/IP and the OSI Model;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
  • Self-starter possessing excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;
