Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our team of analysts and manage client relationships through effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, coaching and developing staff, and holding them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements.

They will participate in testing and optimization, ensure all elements are executed confidently, and lead the team in maintaining and monitoring keyword bids, budget caps, and other important account metrics.

Additionally, they will provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for individual client campaigns.

Responsibilities include answering queries on campaigns from clients by email, as well as from other marketing teams and departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for career development for all team members, including training and support, coaching, disciplinary action, and recommending team members for new roles.

They will also lead and attend regular team and individual meetings weekly, create and train on new processes and workflows, and hold the team accountable to following them.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience managing a team of marketers
  • Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor; ability to lead experienced Google and Facebook admins
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs; regular use of spreadsheets
  • Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues
  • Lead the team in the maintenance and monitoring of bids, budgets, and other account metrics
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for client campaigns
  • Respond to client queries by email and collaborate with other teams
  • Commitment to career development for all team members, including training and coaching
  • Ability to participate in weekly team and individual meetings
  • Develop and train on new processes and workflows, ensuring adherence
