About This RoleWe are a software consultancy focused on delivering digital products that meet our clients' business needs. Our teams collaborate with customers to dissect complex problems and transform them into value-driven solutions, combining innovative principles in analysis, design, development, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee project plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work for engagements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
- Provide hands-on leadership to project teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Support the planning phases of discovery workshops, contributing actionable insights and technical feasibility assessments.
- Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to align client stakeholders and project teams, defining the project roadmap for the product.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of project frameworks and practices, enhancing our project execution methodologies.
- Provide deep expertise and trusted advice to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, bridging technical and business domains.
- Support the identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts, contributing to their long-term success.
- Mentor and coach colleagues, focusing on Agile delivery practices and career development.
- Play an active role in recruitment and interviews to identify and onboard top talent.
- Ensure the alignment and performance of project teams, escalating account-level challenges to Principals as needed.
- Promote our values and practices to ensure we build software right.
- Succesfully delivered projects in the past.
- Have good understanding of agile software development practices and project frameworks.
- Experience in running workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to understand the problem based on data insights and research.
- Enjoy collaborating and encouraging project teams to deliver success for the client.

- Creating innovative custom products to solve complex problems.
