Global Lead Generation Manager

This is a highly impactful position that requires a skilled and ambitious professional to lead the development of a strategic roadmap for scalable and sustainable lead generation growth.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with expertise in lead generation systems and process automation, who can work independently and as part of a team. They will own and execute the global supply-side lead generation strategy, focusing on mission-aligned nonprofits and social impact organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs, set performance targets, and develop strategies for driving scalable expansion of the supply partnership pipeline.
  • Design and maintain automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and global compliance.
  • Leverage CRM platforms and AI tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve targeting efficiency.
  • Oversee the vetting process to ensure prospective partners are legitimate, compliant with global standards, and fraud-free.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations.
  • Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows.
