Order Management Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to handle the intricacies of order processing, including software and hardware fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process with a focus on order management to billing.
  • Managing subscription order fulfillment utilizing Zuora, encompassing activation and billings.
  • Ensuring accuracy of transactions to maintain consistent integrity in revenue reporting.
  • Anticipating problems and taking proactive measures to ensure timely and efficient customer order processing.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of sales processes (bookings, billings, and reporting).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
