About the role
Platinum Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative/Order Processor to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing customer orders with efficiency and accuracy.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns and work to resolve them effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order details
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively resolve customer issues
- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
