Global Social Media and Influencer Management Role

This position is a key contributor to our mission to combat chronic disease through strategic social media engagement. By leveraging effective content, influencer partnerships, and market research, you will expand our global reach, drive user acquisition, and foster a health-conscious community.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies at the global and market levels, aligned with growth objectives and expansion plans.
  • Source, onboard, and manage local influencers in each country, identifying talent, negotiating contracts, and ensuring brand alignment throughout campaigns.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations by coordinating content creation, ensuring timely delivery according to schedules, and analyzing campaign metrics.
  • Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), tailored to diverse markets.
  • Manage our social media calendar with consistent, timely, posting across markets, while monitoring trends, influencer landscapes, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media and influencer activities with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organic global social media marketing; at least 3 years in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (additional languages a plus).
