Job Summary

The Global Network Strategist is responsible for managing and developing ComPsych's network of EAP providers, Legal Advisors, Financial Advisors, and Health Coaches globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, contract, and manage a diverse network of global providers to meet the needs of ComPsych clients.
  • Negotiate rates with providers while adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Oversee the global billing process, including investigation and resolution of billing issues.
  • Provide timely responses to provider inquiries and internal requests related to the global provider network.
  • Resolve provider-related complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider data in the database.
  • Analyze and reconcile provider utilization reports, collaborating with providers and ComPsych departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong research skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and adaptability
  • Experience working in Behavioral Health, EAP, or Provider Relations field a plus
