
Administrative Liaison

The Executive Assistant is a vital role within our organization, responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and ensuring the overall efficiency of the firm.
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, oversee email inbox management, prepare and maintain firm-wide legal, HR, and executive documents.
- Compliance Tracking: Ensure compliance tracking for attorney licensing, bar memberships, malpractice insurance, vendor payments, and annual firm obligations.
- CEO & Project Operations: Execute special projects and follow-through tasks assigned by the CEO, coordinate cross-functional priorities with team leads and attorneys.
- Personal Scheduling: Manage personal scheduling for medical appointments, family activities, school functions, household maintenance visits, and personal commitments in harmony with the CEO's calendar.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed, including travel agents, caterers, event planners, contractors, domestic staff, and other service providers.
- Event Planning: Organize celebrations, including scheduling, invitations, décor coordination, and gift management.
- Errands and Purchases: Handle personal errands and purchases, including gifts, household items, returns/exchanges, subscriptions, and online ordering.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, ability to influence and make sound judgment decisions.
- Communication Skills: High-level communication skills, able to draft notes, reminders, RSVPs, and personal correspondence with tact and discretion.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Discreet travel and privacy support, maintaining confidentiality during firm-critical periods.
