About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity to support healthcare providers with comprehensive credentialing services. As Credentialing Coordinator, you will manage applications, conduct primary source verification, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Provide thorough support for credentialing and re-credentialing processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards. Act as a key point of contact for providers and external entities for credentialing-related inquiries and processes.
- Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with provider privileging by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
- Reporting and Process Contribution: Support generation of credentialing reports, identify and help resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to process improvement.
Requirements
- Administrative Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or regulated environment.
- Collaboration and Independence: Proven ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to collective success, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Administrative Acumen: Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to managing documentation and data.
- Problem-Solving: Systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation.
- Process Improvement Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices.
- Communication and Collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools.
- Mission Alignment: Passion for democratizing autism care and empowering providers through efficient administrative processes.

Benefits
Competitive salary range: ₱30,000 – ₱45,000 per month.
