Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Development Specialist to lead our end-to-end tender processes across engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects. This role will see you coordinating technical experts, developing high-quality proposals, and driving business growth through successful submissions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage End-to-End Bids: Oversee the entire bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate Technical Experts: Work closely with architects, engineers, planners, and surveyors to develop compliant, compelling proposals that meet client needs.
  • Develop Proposal Libraries: Create and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content to ensure consistency and efficiency in our proposal development process.
  • Lead Internal Bid Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of our internal bid processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical foundation (civil engineering, architecture, or QS) with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Donor-Funded Tendering Processes: Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes (ADB, World Bank) and government/private RFTs.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Highly organized, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
