We are seeking a seasoned proposals leader to drive end-to-end tender processes across diverse engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.

  • Coordinate technical experts to develop high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Oversee technical and financial components of submissions, ensuring compliance and consistency across multiple jurisdictions and funding environments.
  • Develop and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content for efficiency and quality standards.
  • Lead internal bid reviews, feedback processes, and submission readiness to ensure timely delivery and success.

This role involves managing bids, tenders, EOIs, and RFPs, coordinating with technical teams to develop compliant proposals, and driving business growth through successful submissions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple large submissions, and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation (civil engineering, architecture, or QS) with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage senior stakeholders.
