Job Description

Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and staffing: Assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and making job offers.
  2. Employee relations: Maintaining positive relationships with employees, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
  3. Administrative support: Providing administrative assistance, including data entry, filing and report preparation.
  4. Benefits administration: Coordinating employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans and other perks.
  5. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications
