Senior Mortgage Loan Specialist Role

This is a high-performance position where you are rewarded based on your experience and performance. As a senior mortgage loan specialist, you will play a key role in supporting mortgage brokers by handling the end-to-end loan processing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

You will be responsible for loan preparation, documentation management, and liaising with lenders and clients to help drive successful mortgage outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Collect, verify, and manage required documentation from clients
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing
  • Track loan applications through to settlement, providing updates to all stakeholders
  • Maintain client records accurately in CRM systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
  • Stay up to date with lender policies, products, and industry changes
  • Support the brokers with any administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant, with a strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, lender requirements, and industry regulations. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is essential. Additionally, proficiency in using CRM systems, loan submission platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
