Responsibilities

As a Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promoting optional coverages to borrowers and managing the loan through various stages to ensure timely funding.
  • Preparing loans for the contracting process and reviewing electronic documents and title documents with borrowers.
  • Ensuring all documents are signed and tracked, handling multiple statuses of the loan and rectifying errors promptly.
