Job Overview

An executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to the company executive, handling a range of tasks that enable the executive to focus on strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's schedule, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive, maintaining a professional tone and style
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and coordinating logistics
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive, and prioritize emails
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution of business trips
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents for the executive
Requirements
  • Female, aged 23-35 years old
  • At least 1 year of work-related experience
  • Background in accountancy and administrative work is an advantage
  • Excellent administrative support skills, with a focus on providing comprehensive support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, leadership, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
