Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in managing cross-border payments and bank transfers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Border Payment Management: Oversee the end-to-end processing of international payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Banking Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers, facilitating seamless transactions and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, monitor compliance standards, and implement best practices in cross-border payments.
  • Account Reconciliation & Reporting: Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, monitor transaction discrepancies, and generate detailed reports on payment activities.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows, optimize transaction costs, and enhance operational efficiency through the use of modern payment technologies and tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., accounting, payroll, tech and operations teams) to support financial planning, budgeting, and audit processes related to international transactions.
