Job Summary
Job Description:Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, manage contract drafting and filing, and track probation and contract renewal deadlines.
- Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Schedule interviews, update applicant tracking systems, prepare onboarding packages, and guarantee a seamless Day 1 experience.
- Employee Experience & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact, organize employee engagement activities, and monitor engagement metrics.
- Performance & Development Support: Assist with scheduling check-ins, feedback cycles, and training sessions, and update performance records.
The ideal candidate possesses 2-5 years of HR administrative or assistant experience, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling confidential information. They should value a proactive, people-first mindset, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data accurately and efficiently.
- Support contract preparation and filing processes.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
- Assist with performance management and development programs.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of HR administrative or assistant experience.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in using HR software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
