Job Description:

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, manage contract drafting and filing, and track probation and contract renewal deadlines.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Schedule interviews, update applicant tracking systems, prepare onboarding packages, and guarantee a seamless Day 1 experience.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact, organize employee engagement activities, and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Performance & Development Support: Assist with scheduling check-ins, feedback cycles, and training sessions, and update performance records.

The ideal candidate possesses 2-5 years of HR administrative or assistant experience, is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling confidential information. They should value a proactive, people-first mindset, dependability, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data accurately and efficiently.
  • Support contract preparation and filing processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Assist with performance management and development programs.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of HR administrative or assistant experience.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
