About the Role:

  • Provide general administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with schedule management, ensuring that meetings and events are well-coordinated and efficiently managed.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and files, as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in general administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
