Key Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding & Support
  • Coordinate inductions and mandatory training before deployment
  • Maintain regular contact with on-hire employees to ensure satisfaction and compliance
  • Support development and upskilling where needed
  • Complete and document WHS consultations in real-time
Specialist Recruitment Functions
  • Handle complex job placements with care and precision
  • Act as a subject matter expert in candidate sourcing and placement
  • Follow all client-specific processes and expectations
Admin & Compliance
  • Track and manage training, inductions, and medical clearances
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the recruitment system
  • Ensure full compliance with safety and system requirements
