Corporate Transactions Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Specialist to manage and develop a portfolio of sellers, with a proven track record in account management or sales, preferably in a marketplace environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing account conversions, client communication, and satisfaction. They will pursue new business opportunities by identifying and managing listings through to sale, including sourcing qualified sellers and positioning the platform as the ideal place to execute their exit strategy.

  • Identify and pursue new listings: Develop relationships with potential sellers and arrange meetings to showcase the platform's value proposition, leveraging outreach strategies and personalized communication to convert interest into actionable opportunities.
  • Prospect buyers: Prospect potential buyers and arrange meetings to showcase the platform's value proposition, leveraging outreach strategies and personalized communication to convert interest into actionable opportunities.
  • Cultivate stakeholder relationships: Cultivate relationships with key strategic stakeholders and build trust and credibility with repeat buyers and institutional investors.
  • Develop marketing materials: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling pitch decks and other sales enablement collateral.

Key qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in corporate transactions, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience undertaking business analysis and process improvement.
  • Previous experience in a marketplace environment or digital asset sales.
