We are seeking a skilled Strategic Sourcing Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across various industries within the US and LTAM.
As a key member of our Sourcing team, you will leverage your expertise in strategic sourcing, market intelligence, and relationship-building to support our clients' diverse talent acquisition needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various industries within the US and LTAM.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, networking, and direct outreach.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market mapping and talent pooling.
- Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights.
- Stay updated on regional employment trends, compensation practices, and competitive intelligence.
- Tailor sourcing strategies to align with regional nuances and cultural expectations.
- Ensure all sourcing activities are compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- 3-5 years in talent sourcing, with significant experience in the US and LTAM markets.
- Proficiency in HR technology systems is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an RPO or staffing agency environment is an asset.
- Strong sourcing skills, including expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
