Financial Leadership Position

This role involves overseeing the financial operations and guiding the company's long-term strategic direction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business growth.
  • Oversight of financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the finance team.
  • Collaborate with executives on strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance.
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
