We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This role will involve the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current market trends and recruitment tools, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract and engage top talent.
- Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment: Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, social media, and other channels, and conduct initial phone screenings, first-round interviews, and client preparation sessions for pre-qualified candidates.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with shortlisted candidates, provide feedback regarding their application outcome, and facilitate communication between our company and the candidate during the offer stage.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Maintain recruitment data analytics and submit regular reports to management, create candidate summaries for submission to clients, and provide recruitment support to other team members as needed.
- Recruitment Pipeline and ATS Management: Ensure roles progress through the recruitment pipeline on schedule, record accurate data and activity in the ATS, manage candidate pipeline in the ATS, and ensure all information is up to date.
- Education: Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role in an outsourcing environment.
- Skills: Experience hiring for IT, Construction, and Engineering roles, effective communication and influence at various business levels, strong network and relationship-building abilities, proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems, strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills, good analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, proven ability to work in a team of experienced professionals.
