Job Description

As a High-Value Account Prospecting Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and referrals. This is an entry-level role that offers guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus potential.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to launch a career in sales. You should be coachable, goal-oriented, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute strategic outreach campaigns to high-value targets.
  • Sales Outreach: Communicate the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our executive team.
  • CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around our services to engage and convert prospects.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
  • Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed.

Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles, especially in a contact center environment.

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment and may be largely sedentary. The role involves using a computer and telephone headset for extended periods, with occasional movement within the office. May require lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
