Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Trade Development Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and promoting our services in Southeast Asia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company specializing in financial solutions and services for traders. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable appearing on camera, and possess prior sales experience in any industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote our services in Southeast Asia.
  • Achieve assigned sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent the company in front of an audience and on video.
  • Build a personal brand on social media.
  • Partner with influencers and community groups to arrange banner advertisements or promotional posts.
  • Host webinars and provide regular customer guidance (training and formats provided by the company).
  • Convert marketing-generated leads into paying customers using HubSpot CRM and email marketing.
Requirements
  • Be outgoing with excellent communication skills.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera and conducting livestreams/webinars.
  • Work remotely from home, with strong personal time management and professionalism.
  • Be able to handle pressure and have prior sales experience in any industry.
  • Be proficient with computers and software tools.
  • Have conversational English for internal communication.
  • Prioritization: Have experience in the finance field (Forex, crypto, etc.).
  • Have experience in building a personal brand, including creating self-promotional content and videos in any form.
Benefits
  • Starting salary of $500, with a 2-month probation period and 85% basic salary, plus 2 weeks of training.
  • Work 5 days per week, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (flexible hours and evenings as needed).
  • Unlimited commission potential: a motivated employee can earn over $1,000 in commissions per month.
