About the role

Sales Representative - Paint

The Sales Executive in the paint industry will play a key role in expanding our market share by identifying potential clients, selling paint products, and providing exceptional service. This position involves a mix of customer relationship management, strategic planning, and sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through excellent customer service and regular communication
  • Accurately forecast sales, manage pipelines, and achieve individual sales targets
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for

  • must have atleast 3 years of experience in Sales in Paint industry
  • College graduate
  • must have a valid Driving License
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the paint or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in using sales tools and CRM systems to manage customer data and sales pipelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills and technologies
