Job Overview

As a dedicated and customer-focused professional, you will play a key role in building relationships with clients through hands-on client farming activities. This includes cold calling, saturation exercises, and seeking legal means to generate business opportunities.

You will work collaboratively with the Market Analyst Group to develop and present case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses, and reports that meet our high standards.

In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting pitches and presentations that showcase our expertise and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective marketing strategies and partnership development.
  • Pitch Preparation: Conduct thorough research and prepare compelling pitches and presentations that highlight our strengths and meet client needs.
  • Site Inspections: Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Documentation: Process and manage transaction-related documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring their interests are represented.
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support and updates to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Open to fresh graduates or those with relevant qualifications in economics, business administration, or statistics.
  • Skills:
    • Research and analysis
    • Customer relationship management
    • Effective communication and presentation
    • Inventory management
    • Licensed real estate broker (a plus)
  • Experience: Professionals with experience in business development, project development, leasing, sales, and brokerage are encouraged to apply.
