As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across all platforms. This includes developing and converting prospective accounts/leads in targeted export regions/countries into active accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform market analysis to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them">
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and improve the sales team's performance">
  • Create product demand through consistent promotional activities and establish strong customer relationships">
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on daily activity, itinerary, expense, and monthly highlights within assigned territories">
  • Establish and maintain valued trade/partner relationships">

Requirements:

  • College Graduate; At least two (2) years' experience in areas of business development, product management, project management, preferably acquired in banking industry">
  • Excellent communication skills; outstanding sales & marketing capabilities; knows how to drive">
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills; learning attitude to keep up with digital transformation of organization">
  • Willingness to travel and be assigned in other areas">
