Technical Software Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Expert to join our project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
The successful candidate will contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, with an emphasis on complex and critical components.
They will collaborate with team members to meet project requirements, actively participating in design and code reviews.
As a subject matter expert, the Software Development Expert will provide technical expertise and support to team efforts.
They will assist in solving complex technical challenges, researching and proposing solutions.
The Software Development Expert will also participate in defining software requirements and specifications.
Debugging and troubleshooting production issues is a key responsibility of this role, working closely with operations and support teams.
Contribution to the assessment and adoption of new technologies and best practices is essential.
Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance and knowledge sharing is also expected.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Strong programming and debugging skills
- Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good team collaboration and communication abilities
- Willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges
