Job Overview

This role is designed to coordinate a team of creatives, optimize client production schedules, and ensure all work is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

The successful candidate will work closely with Creatives, Quality Specialists, Team Coordinators, and other Production Specialists. Frequent interactions with Customer Success Managers and Customer Support are expected.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with creatives, manage the client's production schedule, and ensure all work is completed on time.
  2. Monitor the progress of production work and provide regular updates to the client and senior management.
  3. Provide suggestions and recommendations to Creatives to meet quality standards.
  4. Review sentiment analysis and feedback ratings from customers.
  5. Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.
  6. Identify Design Time for all requests assigned to the team in collaboration with Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Production Specialists.
  7. Keep company notes updated based on client preferences and coordinate updates within the team as needed.
