Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Book Publishing Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for children's literature and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role

As a Book Publishing Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the development of children's books from concept to publication.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with illustrators, ghostwriters, and other freelancers, as well as monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.

You will also provide support with content review, feedback, and organization of book-related files and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in publishing, editorial support, or project coordination in a creative field.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as experience collaborating with creatives such as illustrators and writers.

A self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is required.
