We are seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team
- Assist in the management of contractors and vendors
- Procure goods and services as required
- Manage financial processes and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Implement industry best practices in site operations
- Maintain premises in a neat and good working condition
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
