  • Assist in overseeing and controlling the day-to-day running of the Facilities Management Department/Facilities Manager
  • Oversee and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers and cleaning
  • Performs daily inspection of building systems including but not limited to fire alarms, HVAC and plumbing
  • Prepares special projects, costing and scheduling of activities during holidays and long weekends to be accomplished by technical staffing complement
  • Monitors activities and keeps records of preventive maintenance programs conducted by vendors responsible for the upkeep of elevators, generating sets, cooling system and other mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment
  • Plans and schedules work schedule ensuring that repairs are done on time and with minimal or no interruption to building service and operation
  • Implements instructions from site lead on matters that require immediate attention
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager, Operations Manager and Director

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in managing a work unit and/or group
  • Helps in recommendation to hire prospective candidates, terminations, compensation and performance evaluationProvides assistance to FM/AFM in overseeing and controlling the day-to-day running of the facilities
  • Assists in dealing with the inquiries, complaints and requests of the sire staff and clients and take action as approprirate especialliy in their absence
  • Maintain and update records of all database files
  • Handle general admin duties such as data entry as well as filling and sorting of documents ensuring that the documents are always available for other department
  • Provides clerical support to specific departments on requirements of room reservations during certain times of the day
  • Control and monitor all movement requests/disposals of company owned assets within the handled facility
  • Provides assistance to workforce management department on identifying workstations based under the affirmed requirements for workstation identification system by the client
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Coordinate with third party vendors and implements preventive maintenance schedules and repairs for buildings and equipment
  • Parking management
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
