
Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide administrative and logistical support for training programs across various branches.
- Maintain and publish the annual training schedule.
- Manage courses and training assignments through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Track completion of HR training requirements and employee certifications.
- Organize and oversee events and classes at our Training Center, including materials, instructors, and facilities.
- Support new hire orientation sessions as needed.
- Collect data to measure training effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain training records and digital content libraries.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and training materials.
- Assist with special projects and transport training materials as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; OR High School diploma with at least 4 years of experience in HR, training coordination, finance support, or a related field.
- Familiarity with LMS or content management systems.
- Experience in customer service or operations.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in corporate training or HR support.
- Professional certifications in learning & development (instructional design, delivery, training evaluation, etc.).
- Experience managing medium-scale projects.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Confident in presenting and interacting with various levels of staff and management.
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/LMS platforms.
