Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide administrative and logistical support for training programs across various branches.
  • Maintain and publish the annual training schedule.
  • Manage courses and training assignments through the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Track completion of HR training requirements and employee certifications.
  • Organize and oversee events and classes at our Training Center, including materials, instructors, and facilities.
  • Support new hire orientation sessions as needed.
  • Collect data to measure training effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain training records and digital content libraries.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and training materials.
  • Assist with special projects and transport training materials as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; OR High School diploma with at least 4 years of experience in HR, training coordination, finance support, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with LMS or content management systems.
  • Experience in customer service or operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years in corporate training or HR support.
  • Professional certifications in learning & development (instructional design, delivery, training evaluation, etc.).
  • Experience managing medium-scale projects.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Confident in presenting and interacting with various levels of staff and management.
  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/LMS platforms.
