Human Resources Business Partner Role

This position is responsible for providing advanced support to associates and leaders by responding to requests or offering guidance and recommendations on HR-related services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent employee relations experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide actionable advice to leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement organizational processes and solutions in line with established policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Develop and manage change management initiatives, driving implementation and ensuring effective adoption.
  • Ensure regional HR practices and standards align with government and company policy, guidelines, and initiatives.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, consistent, and high-quality human resource services in the region.
  • Represent the organization at mediation/external meetings regarding employment relations cases, as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years in generalist HR roles with increasing responsibilities across all HR functions.
  • Strong employee relations experience with the ability to provide solid advice to leaders and employees.
  • Ability to identify issues and develop well-articulated solution options.
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks allocated.
  • Commitment to adhere to defined HR processes.
  • Openness to direction with ease and acceptance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
