As a Digital Delivery Lead, you will oversee the entire delivery process for each project within a managed portfolio. Your goal is to ensure timely completion, alignment with business objectives, and adherence to quality and scope requirements.

The ideal candidate will define and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. You will create and manage detailed timelines for project execution and optimize resource utilization to meet deadlines.

Main responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and supervising project team members, removing obstacles for subject matter experts, facilitating learning through retrospectives, and providing direct supervision and guidance.

You will also review technical designs provided by architects, identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans, monitor and control project expenses, and establish governance functions for the program.

In addition, you will proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans to ensure successful project implementation.

This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
