Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising or any relevant field.
  • Has fundamental knowledge in running Ads (Meta, TikTok)
  • Willing to be trained and mentored.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Passion for our industry.
  • Can work and collaborate in a team.
  • Willing to work 2x a week onsite in Kapitolyo, Pasig.

Bonus Points if

:

  • You have at least 1 year experience working with Meta and TikTok Ads.
  • Have a portfolio showcasing your projects/outputs.
  • You have a creative eye/approach.

Monthly Salary:

₱25,000 - ₱30,000

Responsibilities

:

  1. Ad Copywriting

  2. Writing compelling and concise ad copy that resonates with the target audience.

  3. Create engaging ad creatives (images, videos, GIFs) that capture attention.

Campaign Management

  • Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platform.
  • Implement campaign targeting options (demographics, interests, behaviors, etc.) to reach the desired audience.
  • Set daily/monthly budgets and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Campaign Monitoring and Optimization

  • Track campaign performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

4.
Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data.
  • Generate reports that summarize key metrics, insights and recommendations.
  • Use data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop actionable insights based on data analysis.

5.
Other Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date of the latest marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with team and manager/s to ensure the executions of updated and effective strategies.
