DX and End-User Productivity Lead
to champion digital innovation, automation, and productivity across our enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the
    Digital Experience (DX) Strategy & Program
    , improving customer and employee experiences through digital tools.
  • Act as Product Owner for DX solutions, leveraging agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Drive
    end-user process automation
    using RPA, mobile apps, low-code platforms, and other emerging technologies.
  • Oversee our
    Citizen Development Program
    , fostering a thriving innovation community.
  • Partner with stakeholders, HR, and vendors to ensure strong adoption, culture change, and sustainable value delivery.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields (Master's preferred).
  • Experience
    :
  • 5+ years of IT project delivery experience, with at least 2 years in digital technologies (e.g., mobile, cloud, RPA).
  • Strong track record in agile project management (Scrum).
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Skills & Competencies
    :
  • Expertise in digital transformation, automation, and data analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications like
    PMP
    or
    Scrum Master
    preferred.
