
Support Specialist

As a key team member, you will provide high-level support to clients by acting as their General Virtual Assistant.
In this critical role, you'll manage daily operations and executive tasks to keep business leaders organized and efficient. If you're a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel plans, book flights, accommodations, and create itineraries
- Prepare expense reports and other administrative documentation
- Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation
- Act as the main point of contact to handle inquiries and requests
- Assist with project coordination and task prioritization to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and solve problems proactively
