Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations while maintaining accurate books and records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.
  • Closing Processes: Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Audit and Analysis: Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with all financial obligations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on managerial roles.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles, experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar), proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
