Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves selecting the ideal staff for each event assignment, considering factors such as client preferences and event type. With our cutting-edge technology, you will be responsible for booking the best talent nationwide.

You will recruit, enroll, and train promotional staff over the phone and via email to ensure they meet the highest standards. This role requires seamless execution across various events and locations.

To evaluate and process all promotional staff after each assignment, providing valuable feedback for growth is crucial in this position.

Building lasting relationships with clients and talent, fostering trust and loyalty, is essential in achieving long-term success.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred
  • 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or equivalent Google software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated individual
  • Availability to work standard office hours, with flexibility for follow-up outside of office hours
