We are seeking a dedicated Japanese Admin Specialist to join our thriving team in N&M Staffing Services' Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your exceptional administrative and language skills to support our Japanese clients and colleagues.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual content for both digital and print media. This role requires strong design skills, knowledge of Japanese aesthetics, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials including banners, brochures, posters, and social media content
  • Develop branding, logos, and visual identity in line with company standards
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and web teams for design requirements
  • Ensure all designs are consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant to the Japanese market
  • Stay updated with design trends and propose innovative ideas
  • Work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
  • Understanding of Japanese design principles and typography
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese (English is a plus)
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently

What we're looking for

  • Native-level fluency in both English and Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a client-facing or multicultural environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with various digital tools and platforms
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Native, JLPT 1, 2, 3 Passers
  • Must be a Bachelor's degree holder
