Job Title: Digital Experience Designer

This is a high-level design position focused on developing and optimizing e-commerce websites to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design High-Converting E-commerce Websites: Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that drive conversions and sales.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Map the end-to-end customer journey to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze conversion rates, bounce rates, and cart abandonment rates to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Creative Direction & Branding: Develop brand identities and design elements that build trust and drive engagement with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRO-focused design, proficiency in Figma, Elementor, and Shopify, and a strong understanding of CRO principles for e-commerce.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior e-commerce designer with a portfolio showcasing successful CRO-driven projects.
  • Measurable improvements in conversion rates from previous e-commerce projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Elementor, and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles and their application in e-commerce.

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and a deep understanding of customer journey mapping, calls-to-action, and responsive design principles.
