- Fully fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using apps and technology, with ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Available to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
- No prior experience required, but previous experience will be considered an asset
