Regional Operations Manager

This position oversees the daily site operations and monitors performance metrics. The Regional Operations Manager directs Cluster Heads and Branch Heads to adapt appropriate actions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Evaluates site performances versus annual business plans, leading sites to formulate remedial actions or re-directions of the plans.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, such as business permits and safety inspection certificates.
- Implements the Performance Management System, evaluating Branch Managers and making recommendations.
- Oversee site operations and monitor performance metrics.
- Direct Cluster Heads and Branch Heads to adapt appropriate actions.
- Evaluate site performances versus annual business plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in management or operations.
