
Service Team Coordinator

As a key player in our service team, you will be responsible for coordinating scheduling and client communication. This role involves executing service schedules, responding to client queries, and preparing advanced schedules with Service Supervisors.
Your Responsibilities:- Coordinate service scheduling and ensure timely execution
- Respond to client queries and concerns
- Prepare and coordinate advanced schedules with Service Supervisors
- Assist the Service team with customer communication
- Submit monthly reports on service performance
To excel in this role, you should have a college degree and relevant experience in customer service, scheduling, and people management. You must also possess strong communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
