
Support Services Coordinator

This position is ideal for an ambitious and detail-driven professional who can provide high-level administrative support in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and referral sources, handling incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and organize company email inboxes to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
- Handle insurance verification, prior authorizations, and documentation support.
- Coordinate referrals from hospitals, clinics, and case managers.
- Communicate effectively with case managers, patients, and internal staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within our CRM system and electronic medical record (EMR) software.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or support services coordinator, preferably in healthcare.
- Familiarity with insurance processes and referrals in healthcare.
- Proficiency with communication platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
